    We’ve been registered with this GP since my son was born in September 2023 and they’ve been really good in all our various encounters with them. Responsive and proactive with appointments and caring and professional in encounters. In particular the practice nurse has been great doing my son’s vaccinations.

    On November 2022 I had a bad experience, over a months contacting every week because no one there cares to contact back after the couple of test they done, at the end the doctor said "no idea what can be the issue" and said that can send me to specialist but will take 3 to 4 month to see them... In a simple call to a doctor to another country and telling all, they proper diagnosticate all (was a simple kidney stone). now again with another health issue, 3 weeks in pain on my shoulder, I went to get an appointment as I'm with ibuprofen and is hard to sleep properly, they book the call phone 12 (I went on 2/01/24), 10 days for someone who is already in paint with ibuprofen every 8h and still not sleeping well, and they said "if not, come before 8am and then we can get for same day" that is awful response, I get they can not get on the same day, but, or I go again following day really early or 10 days waiting?? that doesn't make any sense.

    First time visiting the practice after registering. My appointment was right on time and the Practice Nurse was really lovely and professional, and made me feel at ease during my cervical screening. She provided clear information and answered my questions with patience. Thank you!

    Today, I had the pleasure of receiving a Typhoid injection administered by a nurse whose professionalism and care were truly commendable. From the onset, her approach was marked by a blend of expertise and kindness. She meticulously explained the entire process, ensuring that I was well-informed and at ease. Her explanations were clear and thorough, which greatly helped in alleviating any apprehensions I had regarding the injection. The nurse demonstrated an exceptional level of skill and precision during the procedure, further reinforcing the sense of confidence and safety in her care. What stood out most, however, was her empathetic demeanor. She displayed genuine consideration for my comfort and well-being, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Overall, the professionalism and compassionate care provided by this nurse not only made my visit for a Typhoid injection a positive experience but also reflected the high standards of nursing care. Her dedication to patient well-being is truly exemplary.

    I am a new patient to this practice and was impressed with the care I received today. I arrived at 8am and was given a same day appointment. The doctor I saw was lovely and dealt with my case with compassion.

    We recently registered at the Allum practise and I have been so impressed with the whole team to date - the reception team are very helpful, and I’ve had a great experience during two appointments with practise nurse, who saw both myself and my son. My 3-year-old son had immunisations and wasn’t upset at all - the nurse was calm and efficient and he was very settled in the appointment. I’ve had four appointment for either myself or my family to date, and all have ran promptly to time. Thank you Allum team!

    If you ring at eight o;clock, you have to sit on the phone for at least 2 hours, on occassions when you get to number 2 or 3 inline. They cut the phone and you waste an other hour or two. you have stopped toutine appointments after 8.00 why, you are not so special.

    Had to have two vaccinations for an upcoming travel trip, they explained through everything really well so I felt prepared for the trip. I have a needle phobia and so they built in extra time to my appointment and the chance to lie down during and after. The person doing it ensured I was comfortable and was really lovely.
