    Yesterday I called and explained I was experiencing headaches, sore throat, body aches and general fatigue over the weekend. I explained my throat had become worse, with me experiencing pain when I swallow and I had white spots on my tonsils. I was told I'd receive a call back the same day, but I didn't. When I called the Allum Practice about it this morning, I was told I was called on my house phone twice and there was no mobile number on the system. This is not true, as someone in employment I always receive calls back via my mobile. I received a call last month on my mobile from a doctor. Today I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to call back at 8am due to their mistake

    Dear Chanelle Thank you for your feedback. I have managed to contact you and you have told me that you have been seen by a clinician and prescribed the necessary antibiotics and you are feeling much better. I have spoken to members of staff and we apologise for any distress that you might have been caused. Please contact me if there are any further problems.
