Brooke Street must be, without doubt, one of the best Medical Centres in Tameside. The level of care from the Receptionists through the whole medical team and Doctors, is outstanding. Their ‘Ask My Dr’ facility is so easy to use and the response times are great. If a face to face appt. is needed, this is arranged quickly. They take the time to actually listen to your concerns and if action is necessary, act immediately. No having to wait 3 weeks for an appt. I firmly believe had I not moved to Brooke Street when I did, I would have had a much more serious outcome to the medical problems I’ve encountered. I can’t recommend The Practice highly enough.

After many months ofvwanting to change my gp i took the plunge and registered with brook surgery and i xan honestly say i wish i had done it sooner. It is so accessible for any enquiry reception staff cheerful helpful and respectful, promt replies by a medical professional regarding any medical issues . Updates on your questions asked via web links no hanging in a telephone queue excellent all round has restored my faith in our NHS gp sevice

I contacted my GP via the App and they got back to me via telephone call within 15minutes. They were extremely supportive and helpful with what I required and the Nurse/GP I spoke with was really friendly which put me at ease straight away. I have been with The Brooke Surgery for around a year now and I have nothing but praise for them. I have never strugggled to get support or an appointment with my GP/Nurse and they have been efficient in getting back to me on the app. Couldnt recommend the surgery and staff enough, they are a credit to the NHS.
