Always helpful, always there for you. To have Confidence is good .. Having moved out of the area, we had to change doctors. No comment ! Just no comparison. Then Brooke opened up to a wider area, and yes we went back to this brill surgery..

Great service! I put in a request with ask my gp and had a call within 3 hours. I spoke to Hyde pnc who were lovely, efficient and I was happy with my diagnosis. I would highly recommend this surgery.

For got to order my medication that was not on my repeat prescription ordered it on the appt which is so easy and and saves having to go out in the rain or snow.prescribed same day delivered following morning before the meds ran out.The staff and receptionists cant do enought for you .I have been registered at the practise 53 years would not leave for any reasoni am in good health for someone of my age and I owe this to the care and sttension of all the staff past and present.Many thanks to them all cant prIse them enough.

Since joining the Brooke surgery six or so months ago I have been extremely impressed. The ask my g.p app works brilliantly without having to wait in a phone queue. You send a message and you are contacted the same day by either a Dr or a practice nurse to discuss and if a face to face appointment is deemed necessary an appointment to be seen within a day or two will be made during the telephone consultation. For example, yesterday I used the ask my gp app and got a call back from the doctor. An appointment was made for the following morning with the g.p and I collected my prescription from the pharmacy that same afternoon! Now that’s what I call excellent service. I have been so impressed that my whole family have now swapped to the Brooke surgery.

This GP practice is amazing. I can contact them via the website and even on weekends (they pick up on the next day). I can communicate with a GP via their chat facility. No need to call and be in a queue. They do weekend blood tests which is amazing as I work in Wales and live in Manchester which makes it difficult to fit in blood tests and face to face appointments. My blood test was taken on Saturday and the results reported the following Monday and prescription issued electronically on Monday also. Take about fast and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

I use Ask My GP when I have a problem and the response to my query is usually very quick. Can't fault the service provided and I'm very happy with the practice.

Appointments either same day or very soon after contacting them (which has been rare). Brilliant and easy to use booking system and quick service. All members of The Brooke Surgery have been amazing with us, can not fault them.

I love using the app. It's a necessity for me after years of phoning my previous surgery. Holding on for ages. Listening to countdown of patients waiting laid me. Often I've been in the queue for half an hour to be told no appointments left. The app is amazing and you will always get a call back by the end of the day.
