No queue. No waiting for vaccination. Extremely efficient but friendly and caring.Easy to make an appointment to suit requirements. No problems after the vaccination.

Recent experience was latest Covid vaccination and the organisation for that was excellent What more do you want me to say. All staff cheerful and helpful and we didn’t experience the quest anticipated or difficulty in the car park

Went for Covid jab. Very friendly and efficient. Staff were available to show you where to go and nurses who gave the jabs were very friendly.

Been to the surgery today my husband was very unwell we saw the Practise Nurse who was patient respectful she took her time to listen and make sure we understood. So thank you.

A gp rang my wife on friday and informed her she had cancer. She has seen me go through cancer and her notes when she checked online said she should have had face to face so i could have been there with her. I dont think its right not to give that news in person

We do strive to provide excellent care to all our patients and are disappointed and concerned when patients do not experience this. Unfortunately, due to the anonymous post, I have no way of investigating this concern other than discussing this review with the clinical team and asking them whether any GP/GP trainee can remember the call. My little one was unwell cedars managed get her an appointment to be seen despite no appointments. When there we were the nurse who saw her was excellent and she was given help straight away and rushed to hospital in ambulance. All the staff were brilliant dealing with this emergency and she is now home after a few days in hospital. The staff couldn't have been more professional and helpful in getting her help fast when it was needed. Thank u!

Booking flu jab easy, after receiving an invitation by message on my phone Given appointment time and did not have to wait. All staff efficient including volunteers efficient and friendly.
