Very good GP consultation. Two problems dealt with and clear management plan. Further tests arranged (for the same day) and email link sent as promised. Only minor issue was that I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment but as the problem wasn’t urgent, this wasn’t a major concern. Very happy with the service.

I am very pleased to share my positive experience with the doctor at Croft Medical Centre, who has brilliantly managed my health issues over the past few months. Throughout this period, the doctor’s excellent communication kept me well-informed at every step, providing clarity and reassurance. I truly appreciate the diligence and care I received, and I highly recommend the doctors at the Croft Medical Centre to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable healthcare professional.

I was asked to attend for a blood pressure review but turned out to be a blood test. If I had not mentioned that this appointment was supposed to be a blood pressure review I doubt my my blood pressure would have been taken. Having undergone open heart surgery I would have thought that the practice would have shown concern to my blood pressure. I have no criticism of the practioner who was both professional and friendly but having received a text stating this was a BP review I am left thinking is my BP ok ? I would be grateful if the practice manager could contact me as I have always been very satisfied how I have been treated and am aware that GP practices are regularly criticised . I think that the Croft is an excellent practice from my own experience but just wish to question this require Thanks Russ Parton

The reception staff, as always, were excellent and completely professional in referring the matter to the GP, who dealt with the problem extremely efficiently and sympathetically Cannot fault the service provided ! Thank you so much.

Very polite and understanding with my issues doctor saw me with in resemble time of my appointment I'm sorry to say front receptionist are not very professional and helpful

Getting upset when trying to sort a problem with my prescription the receptionist very kindly took me to a private room and allowed me to talk and calm down whilst she gave me some brilliant advise on problems I currently have with mental health. It was exactly what I needed at the time and I will be eternally grateful for her help & intervention. I have already mentioned her to a doctor and another receptionist so I hope she has received my feedback. I’m assuming I can’t use her name.

The nurse provided a professional, caring and efficient blood test for me. Explaining clearly about monitoring my blood pressure and keeping a record for a week. Sometimes in past it has been difficult to obtain a vein leading to several attempts. She did at quickly and cheerfully. Thank you.
