    I recently had an asthma flare-up following a chest infection and attended an appointment with a pharmacist at the practice who was absolutely brilliant. She was attentive, warm and kind, and took the time to discuss all the options with me, answer my questions and show me how to use the new inhaler I was prescribed. Later that day, I had to call back to ensure the prescription was sent over to my pharmacy before the weekend. The receptionist I spoke to was incredibly helpful and she went above and beyond to get my prescription issued for me. Thanks to her diligence I was able to get my inhaler quickly and I've been able to get some proper sleep free of asthma symptoms for the first time in 2 weeks. I am so appreciative of all your help, thank you so much to the De Parys team.

    My experience with the GP has been heart warming. He has been my GP for a significant period and has always acted on all my needs promptly. His focus on my medical problems made me realise that continuity of seeing the same GP for any problem is the most important asset for me. This has prompted me to write that all the patients of De Parys GPs must have continuity for any ailments. This allows for knowledge to be retained within the Surgery for returning patients. In my discussion with the GP on my issue this was highlighted and generally agreed. Great job all the GPs. I'm proud to belong to the De Parys Group.

    Because of my husband's health condition I have had to pester the reception staff on more than a few occasions to help sort any prescription queries or appointments etc. They have always managed to help me out and are so lovely about it as a few times these issues are because I've forgotten to issue a prescription on time for example! Or they have done everything they can to get a suitable appointment for my husband. There is one particular receptionist who remembers me too which is a rare thing lately. I hope they get some positive recognition for what must be such a stress full position to be in. Thankyou!

    Thankyou for the fast efficient and friendly service this month. Had reason to contact you on system connect. Received prompt call backs and quick appointment, resulting in an appointment next week at the hospital. Fantastic, it couldn’t have been any smoother.

    Just another more long winded way of saying there are no appointments. triage online form filled out as instructed at 7am advised no appointments an hour or so later and advised to attend a walk in centre where the wait was 4 hours +. went to centre advised should not have been sent there and to contact surgery, did and no appointments. Online appointment booking service ( if non urgent ) no appointments for a over a month.

    At Church Lane today my appointment was 25 minutes late. Surely you have the technology to let patients know when surgeries are running late either via the large screen or the check in screen. The waiting room was very noisy due to the radio blaring and reception staff talking between themselves and on the telephone. I found it very irritating. Anyone with autism would have been overwhelmed.

The radio us used as the space in the waiting room echo's and we use it in a way to protect patient confidentiality, and to mask the conversations being had on the phones at reception.   7. Review titled Blood pressure rising!

    Absolute shambles asked to leave my annual blood pressure review via e-connect. Unfortunately the "system" has changed to system connect, plenty of options but nowhere to leave blood pressure readings! Excellent...! I managed to communicate with a human, but she could not locate it either, so another person is now involved, three in total so far just so I can perform a simple task of leaving blood pressure readings! Ironically whilst listening to the recorded dribble of what options are available e-consult is still recommended despite being superseded by System Connect. I have written my BP readings on a piece of parchment with a device called a pencil, I will deliver it by hand. The world has gone mad

    I was given a Saturday appointment at Church lane to follow up a BP review and in all honesty the attention I received was absolutely excellent. The doctor I had my appointment with could not have been more attentive, explained things any better, taken any more time she really was excellent. I came away feeling informed and feeling like I understood the various issues all in all excellent thank you

    I had a problem with my medication not being ordered when I had ordered it online. I spoke to a very, professional and understanding Receptionist (sorry I cannot recall your name). She sorted the problem in minutes and I was so grateful to her. I have always found the Receptionists to be very helpful and understanding. Thank you

    23/07, seen 10 mins early, Dr asked how she could assist me today, quick exchange of details & symptoms. Prescription with barcode provided to speed up dispensing process. Advice concerning condition given. Pleasantries exchanged. All in all an efficient use of doctor & patient time, awaiting a favourable outcome.
