    Just another more long winded way of saying there are no appointments. triage online form filled out as instructed at 7am advised no appointments an hour or so later and advised to attend a walk in centre where the wait was 4 hours +. went to centre advised should not have been sent there and to contact surgery, did and no appointments. Online appointment booking service ( if non urgent ) no appointments for a over a month.

    At Church Lane today my appointment was 25 minutes late. Surely you have the technology to let patients know when surgeries are running late either via the large screen or the check in screen. The waiting room was very noisy due to the radio blaring and reception staff talking between themselves and on the telephone. I found it very irritating. Anyone with autism would have been overwhelmed.

The radio us used as the space in the waiting room echo's and we use it in a way to protect patient confidentiality, and to mask the conversations being had on the phones at reception.   3. Review titled Blood pressure rising!

    Absolute shambles asked to leave my annual blood pressure review via e-connect. Unfortunately the "system" has changed to system connect, plenty of options but nowhere to leave blood pressure readings! Excellent...! I managed to communicate with a human, but she could not locate it either, so another person is now involved, three in total so far just so I can perform a simple task of leaving blood pressure readings! Ironically whilst listening to the recorded dribble of what options are available e-consult is still recommended despite being superseded by System Connect. I have written my BP readings on a piece of parchment with a device called a pencil, I will deliver it by hand. The world has gone mad

    I was given a Saturday appointment at Church lane to follow up a BP review and in all honesty the attention I received was absolutely excellent. The doctor I had my appointment with could not have been more attentive, explained things any better, taken any more time she really was excellent. I came away feeling informed and feeling like I understood the various issues all in all excellent thank you

    I had a problem with my medication not being ordered when I had ordered it online. I spoke to a very, professional and understanding Receptionist (sorry I cannot recall your name). She sorted the problem in minutes and I was so grateful to her. I have always found the Receptionists to be very helpful and understanding. Thank you

    23/07, seen 10 mins early, Dr asked how she could assist me today, quick exchange of details & symptoms. Prescription with barcode provided to speed up dispensing process. Advice concerning condition given. Pleasantries exchanged. All in all an efficient use of doctor & patient time, awaiting a favourable outcome.

    I was requested to supply annual blood pressure for an annual review, After going through the absolute nonsense so-called "e-consult" Provided the information required. Only to receive a message from "e-consult" which I quote below. I have now made two attempts to contact you via the details you provided. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful, and must now record this as a failed encounter. If you still need to speak to a member of our clinical staff I would be grateful if you could resubmit an e-consult document and we can once again arrange to contact you. Firstly, who is this from? There is no name or additional information! I have an answer phone service, no messages there either! No signs of any missed calls... No way of complaining to anyone, why are you adopting this appalling system that is not efficient and certainly does not save time, I now have to wait longer to discover what this important message is, and do all my readings again! it is appalling! On the whole, I have much respect for the staff of the NHS but the system is not fit for purpose! ( note: I wanted this in upper case but the "system" is censoring what I can do) Get rid of it and employ people to do human work... my blood pressure is increasing by the minute!!

    I spoke with a medical receptionist having had an adverse reaction to antibiotics prescribed by a dentist. Initially all I requested was that the allergy info go on my records - the medical receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, she listened to me fully, no interruptions & I was a little distressed & finding it difficult to make myself understood because of my dental condition She arranged for a GP to contact me same day & within the hour.I don't recall the GP name but he was anxious about the possibility of sepsis onset & at 5.15pm personally made out a prescription for me & sent it to the chemist. 24 hrs later adverse reaction gone, dental infection settled & improving & no other problems Thank you De Parys Group . I am fully aware I have received more than my moneys worth in terms of care over the years & would also wish to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for everything you guys have done for me.

    As we all know, the NHS is on it's knees at the moment so unfortunately I usually do not have too many positive things to say. However, I recently needed an urgent GP letter and dealt with s_h_a_r_o_n from reception and the lady that is head of the Medical Secretary team. These two were amazing and it was a fresh of breath air to deal with two people so friendly, down-to-earth and helpful. Every GP surgery needs people like this! They are a credit to the centre!

    I have been trying since last week to get through and get my repeat prescription that I run out of today. I have tried ringing again this morning and was told I was over 30 in the queue. My prescription is quatepine. Please can you issue the prescription and email me when it is done. My date of birth is 12/04/2005
