This practice is a disgrace. Waiting for phone call following blood test results for over 4 weeks and then on the day of the telephone appointment (a Saturday) they didn’t even bother ringing and no one to get hold of! Have also waiting for certain medication needed for months and rude unhelpful receptionists. Doctors also found sitting on desk at private hospital in Peterborough when you can’t get NHS appointments with them for love nor money! This is people’s lives!

I had to wait for nearly 3 weeks for a telephone appointment and then no call. No message nor any reason for not calling. I am left not knowing why the surgery arranged this appointment just not good enough,

My surgery (Not the Deepings) made an appointment for me at Deeping practice for a suspected chest infection. I was seen the same day, at the time the appointment was booked for. I was examined and medication issued. The clinician was very thorough and I am grateful for her time.

I have been quite critical of The Deepings Practice recently having experienced poor service particularly around getting appointments but today I had a telephone appointment with the musculoskeletal clinic who referred me to Stamford for an X-ray. Within 2 hours of our original conversation the practitioner rang me back with results. What fantastic service from surgery and hospital. She was very helpful and informative recognising that my concern was about a long haul flight next week. I can now go on holiday with good advice and reassurance knowing that I will be able to see her when I get back. Thank you

I had cause to visit the practice on three occasions between December 21 and January 15. On each occasion I found the staff, from the booking desk receptionist to the six nurses and doctor who attended me, and the dispensary staff, were superb in the accommodating and very helpful discharge of their professional duties. Each of them showed they are a credit to the practice and the district that it serves.

My recent diabetes review was conducted very well despite confusing text messages from the practice on times and whom I was to see. These confusing texts contributed to my blood pressure being high during the review! Surley checks before sending text appointments may assist both patients & medical staff in avoiding confusion, and sometimes annoyance, when attending Face to Face appointments at the practice.
