After struggling to get a consultation for for my hernia operation I was advised to try The Deepings Practice and I'm so glad that I did. Not only was I seen quicker than I would have been elsewhere but it was obvious from the first consultation that I was going to be well looked after as the consultant was so approachable. I am now back home after my operation this morning and I have to say that all the staff involved were amazing. They were so friendly and engaging and the level of care was first class. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, their duty of care and their good humour.

The doctor took time to listen to me and to plan treatment. She also ensured that appropriate tests were completed. Best of all, it was wonderful to have a face to face appointment and to feel that I could share my health concerns.

Amazing communication. Straight forward treatment and if persistant symptoms then dealt with accordingly. Lovely Doctors and Nurses. Could not ask for a better doctors practice.

Very happy with the experience I received from Deepings practice. The appointment came in less than 4 weeks! It was never difficult to get in touch prior to my appointment, and the people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. The hernia team are world class, lovely people. I highly recommend to any who need hernia management in the local vicinity.

Appointments are either running late or cancelled without notice. MSK don’t follow up if you can’t get to your phone in time to take the call.

Called through to the surgery, immediate triage by telephonist to doctor. Given same day appointment. Seen immediately on arrival. Doctor also supported to expedite hospital process. Hospital team commended GP had contributed to a seamless admission by following the protocols in place. Thank you so much for your exceptional excellence!!!
