Enquiry was handled efficiently. *Once through to the receptionist, she was quick to take important details about my symptoms, very briefly placed on hold, quickly signposted, prompt and appropriate treatment received. Great team, great work. Thank you very much for your speedy action under pressure.

Went into surgery regarding visit to A&E and high blood pressure. Put on doctor call back list. Was still in surgery car park and gp rang. Very thorough with ascertaining what was wrong with me. Issued a prescription. Collected it and was back home within the hour. GP is going to follow up in 2 weeks to check medication.

Friendly staff. Great doctors. Attention to detail in emergency situations Nothing too much trouble in those critical times even when staff had to stay late to accommodate

I rang the surgery at 08.00am. Told receptionist brief outline of symptoms. Dr called me 30 minutes later. Offered me appointment in next 30 minutes. Attended appointment given 1st class advice and service. They operate under extremely difficult resources but the service I received was excellent. Thank you.

Was given a same day appointment to see a health professional. No lengthy delay holding in queue. Call back service in place and was contacted by surgery. Physiotherapist was caring and attentive.-

My call was answered very quickly and I spoke to a lovely receptionist. She told me the nurse practitioner would call me. At 9:00 I spoke the nurse practitioner who was very helpful and asked me to bring me son in at 11:30 to be checked. Whilst in the doctors surgery I witnessed the receptionist were being tested by a situation and they handled the situation very professionally and with compassion. I then saw the nurse practitioner who checked my son over. She was very reassuring and I left feeling listened to and that my son had the care he needed.

My husband had a scan for Prostrate problems 21st December 2022, to be told "don't worry it's only fluid." He was sent a text on 27th Feb to make an appointment ,the scan came back Abnormal !!! been trying to get through ,no luck, so went to Surgery today, no help, phone tomorrow, couldn't find results. Over last 2 yrs lost 2 family members , due to undiagnosed Cancer, i have Anxiety issues, and cannot cope with this new system, we are both worried.

Having had a telephone conversation with the Doctor I was called to the surgery for a F2F consultation. The care that I received was exemplary. The Doctor has a kind and caring manner and was very thorough in her examination. She put my mind at rest and was able to treat me with what was necessary. Would recommend The Deepings practice to anyone as the service that I got from all staff from the beginning to end was brilliant!

I had been on our hospital list for 3 months with no sign of a date. I needed a minor op to remove a suspected cancerous lesion from my left cheek. I contacted my local GP practice who obtained a slot within their surgery. I saw a plastic surgeon who works within their practice at intervals. Amazingly one more week and the growth was history plus the op was a complete success. Well done the Deepings Surgery. !!

This surgery don't know their bottom from their elbow. Everyone is completely inept. Not possible to book appointments....they block you at every step. Obstacles in the way to get repeat prescriptions which have severe medical implications. Records are inaccurate. Reviews are nonsensical and they can't tell the difference between a cardiac and a diabetic review. Told I haven't had a heart attack when I've had 2...because notes are wrong. Doctors always leaving so had 4 changes to my doctor in 18 months. Absolutely appalling practice. Avoid at all costs.
