    My 6 month old came up in a bad rash from head to boy after not getting anywhere with the hospital the previous day I rang the surgery and got an appt for the same morning - doctor was super thorough with questions and examination then called through a senior doctor for a second opinion. I was a lot more reassured with the doctors that the rash wasn’t serious with the symptoms showing and they arranged some extra tests to find out the cause with a call back 4 days later to check up it was lovely for the doctor to remember us and the situation asking personalised questions. Just nice to be taken seriously for a child so young and as a first time Mum you don’t want to take the risks.

    Just a message came through just stating a form no explanation to go for the blood test or that you need to print out the form for the nurses at the hospital. A small message would help

    I visited the surgery for a review at a time I had selected, parked easily, checked myself in and only waited 2 mins. The nurse was friendly/ professional and I left happy. I noticed that the surgery was clean, tidy, with lots of information boards. The reception staff were busy but smiling and helpful. Outside the spring bulbs looked very pretty around the surgery entrance. Thank you Deeping Surgery and staff, well done 😀

    I was able to make an appointment, see the doctor have all my blood work and x-rays completed (at Stamford) all within 24 hours of making contact. Very nice reception staff also.

    Requested by me after being offered appt following cancer diagnosis. Courtesy service to support patients following such diagnoses, with concerns that arise as a result. My GP listened primarily, and provided some reassurance and a little bit of clarification.

    I recently had a pharmacist appointment and an asthma review. Both clinicans were very professional and they went in depth into their assessments. They was kind and dignified. Extremely impressed with the service. Would 100% recommend this GP practice!! I have recently moved from Northamptonshire and the service here is significantly better. I have nothing to fault. Please keep up the hard work it doesn’t go unnoticed.

    Hi saw the nurse she was very rude wouldent listen was loud told her about my ears drops dnt work still didnt care kept saying this is how it is felt very uncomfortable had to stop walk out as she just didnt care got told by recepetion ears mite or mite not get microsuctioned nurse said 7 days drops come back check ears i wasnt told this she just wasnt very professional towards me left very unhappy never ever before had problem with a nurse im nice and polite thanks

    Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent appointment. However, on investigation, your remarks are unfair and do not reflect what actually took place during the consultation. At the time of booking, our Receptionist clearly explained how the process works, including that your initial appointment was for an ear check, not immediate microsuction. You also stated that you had been using olive oil ear drops for seven days, which turned out to be untrue during the consultation. Our nurse followed NHS guidelines, explaining that ear drops must be used for at least seven days before microsuction can be considered. Despite this, you repeatedly interrupted the nurse and were intimidating in your manner, making it difficult to have a constructive discussion. Due to this behaviour, you were ultimately asked to leave. We understand that medical discussions can sometimes be frustrating, but our staff always aim to communicate clearly and professionally while ensuring patient safety. A follow-up appointment has already been arranged for you next week, and we remain committed to providing the best possible care. If you have further concerns, please contact us directly.     Having heart decease my first call to reception was with a chest infection which was getting worse and causing difficulties breathing I explained this to reception who straight away said think it’s best for a face to face, although it was fully booked she managed to get me in with a medical practitioner who was also brilliant and very concerned I was put on penicillin to help clear it, telling him I had a appointment with heart specialist coming up. Without the help and prompt action I could have possibly had heart failure. First port of call was the receptionist who took it upon herself to get me a face to face to get a proper diagnosis Thank you to you all

    I contacted the surgery using the Online Triage system about my concerns I received acknowledgment almost immediately asking me to complete a questionnaire, which I did and provide a picture which I also did. Within hours I received an appointment for 2 weeks time I then received a text message from a doctor ant the practice asking me to try a cream that had been prescribe to see if it helped before attending the appointment. To say that I was impressed with the speed of this response is an understatement - all we hear it would seem is how bad our medical service is - my experience of The Deepings Surgery online triage system is completely the opposite Well done all at the surgery, I will certainly recommend this innovative Triage system to all.

    The nurse made sure I was relaxed and took the time I needed. She made the procedure relaxing and was so respectful. The actual procedure was pain free and my dignity was respected throughout
