    After my appointment being brought forward by an hour the evening before. by the surgery I was still waiting almost until my original appointment time . Dr referred me to the pharmacist at tesco who after seeing me said “ you need a prescription from the dr” so now I have to try and get another appointment. I waited over 6 weeks for this original one . & had already spoken to a pharmacist myself a month ago .

    I have waited over 50 minutes today to get through to speak to reception today and when I finally did I was told all appointments had gone. I explained that I was calling on behalf of my 70 year old parent who is recovering from cancer and needed to seek some advice from the doctor regarding his post care and there was little care about this. Instead I was told I had to call back and try again. Absolutely awful that the most vulnerable people cannot be helped by our national health service - what have they worked hard and paid in for for all of their lives? Very disappointing

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. We have limited on the day appointments and the demand for these is very high, especially in the autumn. I can see from the records that your parent was given an appointment on the day you wrote your feedback. Regards Practice Business Manager
