Phoned and spoke to a really helpful receptionist who straight away picked up on the symptoms I was describing as quite serious. She called us back personally and my daughter is now in hospital recovering from Meningitis. A massive Thankyou to the lady that took my call! They get a hard deal, but are really knowledgeable. So greatful

I have recently moved to this practice. The transition from one practice to the other was so quick and easy. From the initial phone call to make the appointment and seeing the lady at reception today, then the nurse, everybody was so kind and friendly. My appointment was bang on the scheduled time, too. The nurse i saw today was very friendly, explained everything so perfect and put my mind at ease. My first visit was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend, The Downend Health Group. 10/10

Called this morning to book a treatment room appointment for my Mum following a hip replacement, I mentioned that my mum was very confused and is seeing things which indicates an infection. She is currently housebound and I couldn’t manage to get her from the house (she has many steps) the receptionist offered to add my mum to the home visit list which was so helpful.

I had a fairly early appointment at 09:15. By 09:11 I was back in the car and on my way home after receiving a painless injection. Thank you.

I was really impressed with the flu jab appointment I had on Friday 22nd with the trainee pharmacist. She was punctual, friendly but professional, made sure I had all the information I needed and the vaccination itself was painlessly administered. Many thanks.

A particular receptionist went out of her way to help me get an appointment with the relevant health professional. She was very friendly and understanding of my situation, and took all relevant details. I was provided with an appointment within a few days. After being turned away and not listened too by many others, I really appreciated her listening to me.

Seen immediately after reporting to reception and completed in minutes. Shows they can do it right so why all the problems getting face to face GP appointments?
