Requested a sickness note for my child who is just about to take exams, response was that I have to pay £36 upfront and it could take up to 60 days. Absolutely disgusted. Could not be more unhelpful or unsupportive.

Yesterday morning I realised I had run out of my regular medication. I submitted a request for a repeat prescription via the NHS app, which I did not mark as urgent. Saw online this morning the prescription had been approved, so walked up to the Willows pharmacy about 11.30 to find the prescription had already been dispensed and was ready for collection. Excellent service but I will allow more time for my next repeat prescription.

Have been trying to book an online telephone appointment for six days now, probably refreshing the screen up to twelve times a day and not a single appointment has come up. When I rang for advice I was told you just have to wait until one comes up. I only have seven days to do this and I assume I have to reapply. I’m loosing the Will to live and am considering going to a private GP for a very simple referral.

I’m over eighty not very computer savvy ,but tried today to get an appointment to see Doctor. Started to try on e consult at 7.30am got so far then nothing by 8 15am gave up.They do not seem to bother how the elderly manage when it comes to getting an appointment. Was told by receptionist at beginning of year “you can always come to practice at 7.30am and see the receptionist”.

Please be assured that , should any of our patients experience difficulties navigating themselves around the eConsult system, our Patient Assistants will be able to help. This could be by telephone or in person at our reception desk, where they will assist with the completion of an eConsult form. Please note , however, this will not expedite an appointment and your request will be triaged by our eConsult team alongside other eConsult requests that day. We hope this clarifies the situation and your next experience navigating this system will prove to be a positive one.

Last Wednesday I had minor surgery at the Willow surgery. Everything about it was excellent. I was talked through the procedure as it happened and soft relaxing music was playing in the background. I couldn't have wished for better service and treatment.

Whilst I was there receptionist had to deal with several complaints. They did this in a very professional manner. We are all aware that these aren’t idea conditions and the NHS is stretched. They are front line and are doing a amazing jo.

First of all I contacted the surgery about a infection in my vaginal. Had swabs done etc. Now have to wait until 5th March to have a phone call. Still suffering. Today I contacted the surgery again as I have severe sinus pain. Someone from Well pharmacy rang me and said I have to suffer for 10 days to have antibiotics. Totally unacceptable and a complete waste of time.

I had a blood test. Apologies but I can’t now remember the nurses name. Please look it up and pass on my feedback. Not only was she very friendly with a reassuring manner, but I literally felt no pain at all from the needle. Very expertly done. Thank you

I saw the Nurse Practitioner today who was very professional and kind . I was listened to and my concerns addressed. I was diagnosed , medication sent to pharmacy and the nurse gave lots of reassurance and advice . I was extremely grateful for all her help and time . Once again pleased with the service provided . Thank you very much. I appreciate they are all very busy but still have time to show how much they care about their patients.

My 90yr old mum was asked to go for a blood test for sugar level. She was asked to go due to an audit at the surgery! Nurse said we would get the result by text a week later. 2 weeks later...nothing..so I called in at surgery...receptionist very reluctant to give me mums Hba1c level...said she couldn't because not medically trained..surely you don't need to be to give a result..no explanation as to why I hadn't received text as promised. Finally got the result which was pre diabectic with no further advice/information. Felt like mum had just fulfilled their audit. Have to do everything for mum at gp now as at 90 unable to use computer/email/text/mobile phone... Previous visit to surgery couldn't get a gp appointment for mum...advised to go to yate walk in centre where they were unable to help mum and phoned willow surgery to say mum needed an urgent gp appointment that day...they were annoyed at the amount of inappropriate referrals to walk in centres from gp surgeries. Recent visits to willow and Christchurch have made me feel let down and frustrated ...receptionists are so unhelpful. Did note yesterday 2 people in the waiting room...14 consulting rooms...an elderly lady complaining she had been waiting ther 40 mins for appointment.
