I messaged my GP with some concerns that I had and the response was swift and reassuring. A follow up question was answered even faster which was lovely.

Once I got through on the phone I had an. appointment within 30 seconds for the same day. The doctor (not my usual one) was quick to get to the nub of the problem, explained it thoroughly answering my questions and arranged for a prescription to be collected immediately. Took about 8 minutes. Amazingly efficient.

As always my doctor was very thorough and I felt at ease.A little wait to see her but don't mind as I trust her and worth the wait.Waiting room not crowded with ample seats

I telephoned the surgery for an appointment for my particular problem and was offered one the same day. I was listened to by my GP sympathetically and with much understanding. The appropriate advice and medication was given and I left the surgery feeling much relieved and totally satisfied.

I saw the Diabetes specialist nurse at the practice the other day regarding my Type 1 Diabetes and she is a lovely lady really caring and helpful and she showed that she cares about her patients as individuals, not at all judgemental which I've had from some medical professionals in the past 40 years of having Type 1 Diabetes.

My injury (suspected Miniscus Tear) required a MRI scan to confirm both Dr I I knew it, however he was restricted from booking the appointment and instead had to refer me to the ‘Bone Clinic’. I’m in severe pain and what a waste of time 😤

I have found the staff on my recent visits to be unfailingly kind and patient, as well as professional. I have been distressed on at least two visits, and was given the time to express what was wrong. NHS at its best!

I Always receive a professional service and advice from my GP. This visit was no exception, and my GP listened to all my current ailments and advised or administered accordingly.
