    The Doctor had a great manner, was patient and efficient. He promptly supplied a detailed letter which has allowed me to progress with my skin issue.

    Seamless self check in. Staff always welcoming and happy to help in any way. The only thing is I had a 5 min consultation regarding my meds then have to book for a blood test - now I have had an annual review for years and every year I need to have blood taken; why don’t we skip the consultation or at least include the bloods in that to save two appointments and more than double the time? When everyone says the NHS is on its knees we are wasting time. But let me be clear, this takes nothing from the staff, they are doing what they have been told to do.

    It was easy to set up the appointment and the necessary information was sent by the surgery to West Berks Hospital for a blood test. The nurse at the surgery was on time for my appointment and was friendly, chatty and helpful, answering all my questions. I left feeling that my concerns had been listened to. I shall go again!

    Called in and was scheduled within 24 hours and follow on review at specialist fixed within one day for a weeks time

    My appointment with my GP was efficient, friendly and dealt with health problem thoroughly. The required prescription was then issued from the pharmacy within 10 minutes. The practice and pharmacy seem to be working extremely hard to create efficiencies and provide care to its patients.

    Very efficient service. Our doctor at Chievely rang the very same day that I was admitted and discharged from a London hospital and rang again on the very day I had a blood test with the results. I have also experienced excellent response when requiring written assistence when my husband was in hospital in Spain

    Attended for a vaccination with a prior appointment. No delay and injection performed very efficiently and without discomfort. Very satisfied with the manner in which I was treated.

    Spoke to the Doctor on telephone at 2.30pm followed by an email from the pharmacy at 5.30 that that the prescription was ready and I collected it at 5.30pm Can’t get better than that Thanks to the Downland practice team Alan Hall
