    Receptionist was quick to assess and recognise need for GP appointment given that day. GP was caring and quick to make a diagnosis. Pharmace provided drugs efficiently.

    The doctor was able to be clear in their diagnosis and treatment, whilst aware of personal life implications which would impact on myself. Knowledgeable, efficient but with a complete human approach and gave a sense of time and being listened to

    The doctor was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns for my condition.A prescription was given with instructions on how to apply the cream. I was given instructions to follow up with a call or text to let her know how my condition was improving. This was reassuring and helped relieve my worry.

    I was given an appointment swiftly and then when I saw my GP, she was very thorough, then decisive about necessary tests. She was also reassuring.

    Short waiting time for appointment, excellent Doctor, very thorough. I was treated as a human being, everything was explained to me in understandable language.

    Repeat prescription only partially fulfilled, despite placing request 30 days in advance. Told to return next day, but still not available, now awaiting a response. no alternative or substitute offered.

    I have a lot going on, Thyroid induced Eye Disease, high blood pressure, lower limb water retention, overweight, aesthma, swollen prostate etc and I am happy to report that my doctor has been especially attentative to all my woes. I have been referred for further consultation where necessary without delay. I am very grateful and consider that we are fortunate to have such an excellent medical service.

    The doctor was quick to identify the problem and potential seriousness of the situation. He prescribed treatment and explained when he expected the medication would take effect and what to do across the weekend if it didn’t. He was knowledgeable with compassion and took swift action. I liked his calm, considered manner and have always found him to be supportive.
