Repeat prescription only partially fulfilled, despite placing request 30 days in advance. Told to return next day, but still not available, now awaiting a response. no alternative or substitute offered.

The doctor was quick to identify the problem and potential seriousness of the situation. He prescribed treatment and explained when he expected the medication would take effect and what to do across the weekend if it didn’t. He was knowledgeable with compassion and took swift action. I liked his calm, considered manner and have always found him to be supportive.

I arrived at my appointment stressed and drained from the lack of availability of a drug I need. My doctor not only allowed me to vent with compassion and understanding she also reassured me answered all of my questions to the best of her ability and managed to source some of the medication I need. She gave me the attention and help I needed and I left the surgery in a much better place.

My personal Doctor goes above and beyond. She is empathetic, sympathetic and extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Recently I had an urgent worry about the length of an NHS waiting list and she dealt with it immediately, even phoning me at home.

I have recently undergone surgery, with some complication. My follow-up GP appointment was excellent. The doctor explained the cause of the complication, arranged blood tests and advised on a number of issues in a caring and professional manner. It was unhurried and I left better informed and reassured.

Saw the trainee registrar who seemed to be absolutely on the ball, professional and empathetic. I wish her well in her future career which I am sure will be very successful

I had made a mistake following the letter for a nutrition. I had followed the webinar and its advise yet still l am suffering. I am under significant stress and my doctor took everything that is impacting my anxiety and diet into account and is helping me get to answers of how l can lead a more healthy existence without being scared to leave the house .

Not a great believer in the medical system so to speak however my recent visits with the diabetes nurse is slowly changing my view- an honest open approach and I feel a genuinely caring individual is changing my views - straight to the point - open and honest- so a thankyou from me.
