Once again a polite effecient service showing a very patient sympathetic practitioner with clear explaination of what his findings were and what treament has to be done asap

The doctor seemed largely uninterested and whilst I realise that it was a rib injury that could only be managed by pain relief it would have been helpful to know if they were cracked/broken or a pulled muscle as it was excruciating. As a member of the emergency services who is frontline for my own safety, knowing of pulled or cracked would have allowed me to make a better risk assessment on whether I needed to be restricted duties or not.

I was very happy with my visit and found the nurse and receptionist very polite and helpful. The nurse took the time to discuss various dietary options etc with me and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I received an excellent service. There was a prompt response to my e-consult. The nurse- practitioner was very friendly, understandung and thorough. My test results came back very quickly. I now receive excellent help for my issue.

There was a gentleman with a particular query that couldn't be answered by the receptionist resulting in a long queue developing. Eventually, another person came out to help. My simple query could also not be answered, but the receptionist then escalated the query for a response. I am still waiting for that response!!

The receptionists was polite and very helpful. The nurse practitioner was excellent and made me feel at ease and listened to what I said

The procedure was fully explained and they were fantastic with my little girl, who wanted to watch and they danced with us to Xmas songs! Fantastic
