Booked an appointment with the Drayton Surgery for a blood test as part of an annual routine screening. Both booking the appointment and the test were literally seamless, carried out with the utmost professionalism. Thank you to the staff at Drayton Surgery for providing an efficient and rapid service.

WItng time in waiting room was minimal . The Doctor was welcoming and pleasant and had time to listen to my concerns about application of cream treatment . The Doctor guided me on the correct applicaciot of the cream .

Receptionists friendly and efficient, always manage to be seen when we need it. Got given a follow up appointment from doctor for a time sensitive matter rather than having to try get an appointment which can sometimes be difficult due to the increasing demand on surgeries. Everyone is so nice and friendly . Working for the NHS myself I understand the stresses and pressures faced and still all doctors I’ve seen give amazing quality care. It’s a lovely surgery and I would never go anywhere else.

My wife and I went to the Surgery at 0745 on Monday and waited until 0800 to speak to the Receptionist. I was suffering from severe earache and wanted an urgent appointment. I was given one for 0830 with a Practice Nurse who prescribed medication and pre-booked a return visit for me to check on progress. My wife also asked for an appointment for someon to look at her foot which was causing her pain. She got an appointment with the same person at 0845. Good result.

Daughters medication never turned up at the pharmacy so had to ring the out of hours doctors to sort out about getting her the medicine she needed

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. When you see a member of staff other than a GP, the prescriptions have to be signed off by the assigned doctor. When this happens, they are signed at the end of the morning and the end of the afternoon respectively so they can all be signed in one tranche rather than keep disturbing the clinicians in clinic. I can see that the prescription was sent to your nominated pharmacy and apologise this was not in the timeframe you expected.

The efficiency of your staff in helping my problem with getting medication before my holiday. After when I sent a consultation I was contacted and helped with my health problem.

The Dr seemed in a hurry to finish triage after only approx 1-2 mins. New to surgery, not a very good impression. I would have thought at least 10 mins would be scheduled for each consultation.

As a new patient not a lot to go on although the one reception was going as fast as she could there was a queue going out the entrance, other than that everything was fine,very happy with the service.

The nurse made me feel really comfortable throughout my appointment (cervical screening) which helped me relax and reduced my anxiety. She explained everything very clearly and I felt in control throughout the procedure. Made the whole experience much more positive.
