The receptionist was rude, over talked me many times thinking she knew what I was on about. Rude. Gave incorrect information, told me I had a face to face appointment and travelled up from southsea to receive a phone call saying it was a telephone call. Luckily thanks to the GP who called had enough time to see us face to face.

The GPs are always excellent in letting me know any problems or pass information on to me regarding my mother who has Alzheimers. This is so helpful to me

A pain free procedure for under arm wart. Doctor and Nurse very kind and operation over in a few minutes. Fully informed prior to surgery and fully understood the explanation plus a leaflet was helpful for any follow up. Thank you Drayton Surgery team.

  4. Review titled Presented with dizzy spells, tiredness and general feeling of malaise.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a weight and blood pressure check and was asked various relevant questions. The plan for investigations and the reasons for them were explained well. I was sent for an ecg, blood test for anaemia plus renal profile and early morning urine ( EMU) test because, on a previous blood test I had a reduced GFR (I think). I was given specific instructions regarding the EMU and the results of the investigations were sent to me very promptly by txt. I had confidence in the doctor and I felt confident that I would be informed of anything relevant.

  5. Review titled Visit for Blood Test

Rated 4 stars out of 5

    by Melvin A - Posted on 22 January 2024

The blood was taken by a skilled professional. I have no bruises to show , as happened with a blood test in the past. I do not have enough experience to answer some of the questions, so I have answered the with a 3-star response.

The nurse was very pleasant and remembered me from a previous problem. She undertook a foot dressing in a professional pleasant and friendly manner and made a further appointment for me

This relates to my annual flu jab. The initial “do you want a jab” text was excellent. The text asking me to book an appointment only included one date that I couldn’t make as I was abroad. No more texts were sent allowing me to book another slot. I eventually rang to make an appointment, but somehow wasn’t given a correct slot, so you had to ring me to rearrange again, increasing the delay further. The jab itself was given to me on time and without any fuss.
