The prescription team recognised the urgency of my problem, recommended how it could be resolved due to an error in a letter from my specialist. I got the correct information & they expedited to issue a new prescription before Christmas.

Lovely phlebotomist. Had a struggle trying to get blood out of a stone but succeeded in the end with the minimum of discomfort. Very pleased.

Excellent service. Was 18th in the phone queue but I was only on hold for a couple of minutes. Easy check in and appointment on time. Lovely staff. Prescription sent over to the pharmacy next door which was very easy. Could not fault it- a real asset to the NHS

I feel that although I have had a good investigation into my symptoms there hasn’t been any support given or indication of what happens now

I gave my list of blood pressures to the nurse who told me they looked 'perfectly normal' to her. I also did a urine sample for her. She checked it for infection and threw it away. I then received a text from a dr saying my blood pressures were unsatisfactory and I've been prescribed Amlodipine, have to do a urine sample and an ECG. My view is that my blood pressures were far from normal ( my bp has historically been on the low side). At 5pm the following day, my prescription had not arrived at the chemist. When feeling unwell for a month, as I have been, making return trips to the surgery and chemist is very difficult. I want to add, the nurse I saw is always very efficient. She took my blood for me, which I really appreciated.
