Arrived for blood test, checked in upstairs, went downstairs and was out in less than 5 minutes. Didn't feel a thing. Excellent.

Short wait in reception then called in by the nurse who was very pleasant and friendly . Nice and chatty whilst taking blood sample , all over in a few minutes.

I find the Econsult works really well. I received a call back and an appointment was made. Appointment was on time and Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and understanding of my concerns.

I e-consulted the surgery at around 8:15 a.m. and had a response within 90 minutes. For sure I would not have had such a quick response using any other means of communication. There was also a prescription waiting at the pharmacy - and an opinion expressed about whether the ailment I had would halt surgery scheduled for next week. It was a helpful text.

I experienced health problems both before and over Xmas and needed to see a Nurse on the first occasion and then a GP. Blood test and other health assessments carried out were thorough, swift and done with care. I felt valued as a patient. Thank you to all staff involved.

Excellent service. I had a trapped nerve, and was directed to the surgery physiotherapist, whom I saw the next day. I was given some exercise to resolve the issue, with the proviso that I should contact them if the problem did not resolve itself. I am pleased to say that the exercises worked.
