Nearly an hour’s wait for a booked appointment!!! The doctor was good and apologetic at Wootton Street.

Called in the morning seen to later that day reception A1 waiting time as stated Doc super no complaints whatsoever Rearranged new appointment there and than overall great appointment Thankyou

Once I got through on the phone line which took about after ringing and been on the phone about 15 minutes, I was very pleased with the reception to all the information and I heard back the same morning

Since moving during February last year to Drayton Surgery(from Cosham Health Centre)we both,myself & my wife,have been very happy with treatment received & the help from all concerned @ Drayton Surgery. Also the treatment done my both Queen Alexandra Hospital & St.Mary's Hospital. Likewise visit to our home from a Doctor & by Care Department to review any help required in our house etc.

My app following my E-consult was a quick response. I was very concerned about my problem, but it was sorted very quickly. It is/was nice to have a face to face with a doctor. I try makes you feel more reassured when someone can listen to you. That means a lot. Thankyou.

Reception are very helpful & cheerful just need the phones to get answered a lot quicker but we like all the doctors nurses are very good when you get appointments

I have been with Drayton Surgery for more than thirty years and have always had excellent 'Service with a Smile'. With the comparatively recent closure of the facility in the Health Centre at Cosham, Drayton Surgery has had to take on more patients from there, plus people from the new housing estate on the 40 acre site in Bedhampton. This has, I imagine, put more pressure on staff at all levels, meaning that there can be delays in seeing someone for less urgent problems. The second surgery in Cosham is a great help to relieve pressure, but for those, like myself, who are not car drivers, it is not the best place to visit in wet weather - and we have had plenty of that!! All in all, I think that the staff do an excellent job under very trying conditions.

The appointment was at Wooton St with a practitioner? nurse and was made for me by my wife as we both had similar symptoms that of a continuous hacking deep rooted chesty cough . The nurse thoroughly examined my chest and back with a stethoscope and concluded that a virus was the cause of the problem,that there was no infection and no need to prescribe anything which in my layman’s opinion was the correct conclusion
