Fast and good service on the day but why eight reminders were sent is beyond me as well as being a constant nuisance.

receptionists extremely efficient and helpful. Never had a problem getting appointment. Had dealings after a fall last year and they arranged a bone density scan . Get a review every year with practice nurse for blood pressure, diabetes check etc. and repeat prescriptions sent to chemist. All in all an important asset to the community.

I have always been looked after well, with only a few shortcomings occasionally. I attended the flu clinic on 14th September. The whole procedure of the vaccination took place quickly and efficiently.

We were in and out in 5 minutes We were greated with a friendly hello and a smile, had our flu jab,and that was it.

The receptionist was very polite & friendly and I was seen by a doctor more or less at the time of the appointment. The doctor was attentive, considerate & very helpful. The only negative aspect of the practice is that there is no longer a continuity in seeing the same GP but I fully understand in the present dire political mayhem this is not the fault of the practice nor of the underfunded NHS.

Amazing GP that offers range of appointments and tries best with patients knowing the NHS is under pressure. My recent experiences with the forest practice was stellar, I cannot fault them for the valued service they provided me with. Not only was they considerable but also expedite when ı needed help. I cannot speak highly enough as my topic was quite a sensitive one. Thank you very very much for making the visit i had a pleasure but you also made me leave with a smile on my face as im so very happy with the gentleman on your front decor. From going ın for my appointment he also made the atmosphere clean whilst still being able to deal with other patients and protect everyone around. Well done

Following on from my visit 2 days ago I just want to add further praise. I had two different problems to discuss with the GP, one potentially more serious than the other. Today I had an emergency scan at Newham General thanks totally to the efficiency & kindness of the GP I saw 2 days ago. This really is a practice we should be proud of!

I am very surprised during my visit to you're surgery, the energy from your male staff at morning front desk is unbelievable. I told him why he is here and hope he goes far in here is career. My appointment was booked for my back pain and my pain went by time ı came for the appointment!!ı could not stop smiling This is a excellent behaviour from this man. I have never seen him before however he was able to go above and beyond. This humour of his needs to carry on with other patients to. When ı spoke to him i was asked to express my review on your feedback forum. Son thanks a lot
