I called on Monday morning with symptoms of a chest infection post-Covid. After a wait to get through (with regular updates regarding where I was in the queue) I spoke to a very efficient adminstrator who booked me a telephone appointment for that morning with a GP. 2 hours later I'd spoken to the GP who took full details & advised treatment, & a prescription was ready at the pharmacy. Excellent response.

As always, not only was I confident I was getting the best medical provision, I also felt this time i was really listened to and was concerned for by my overall well-being. I have been attending this practice for a long time and most impressed with the superlative service it has ordered. Thank you to the gentleman who made this work for me and my family
