Went for an ultrasound. Took me a while to locate the working entrance - noticed a sign saying 'use back endurance' after a minute or two - but the staff were professional during our interactions.

my 91 year old father had cut two of his fingers quite deeply and after dressing it and needed it looked at we went into the surgery about 1pm there were two members of staff there who to be quite honest looked at us gone out as if to say what are you doing here. i asked the receptionist if there was someone who could just look at my dads fingers as they had only just stopped bleeding from the night before the answer i got was well if it has only just stopped bleeding he might need a stitch or it gluing and we do not have the facilities here so you need to go down to Aand E i said my dad is 91 and sitting in A and E for hours would be a big trauma to him the receptionist would not even get just someone there to look at it, there must have been a nurse or someone there that could have just helped us clean it up and check it out or even given us some sort of help or dressings but no as it happens i have been a carer and went to the pharmacy bought steri strips and metpore dressings as i knew how to use them but anyone else not in the know could not have done this, i just needed a second opinion from someone qualified but could not get pass the receptionist, dads fingers have eventually healed after alot of cleaning and redressing just disappointed there was no one there to help

Received fantastic service at this practice, not only was I referred for ankle MRI that happened really promptly but I had the findings discussed in person and onward referral made. I was in seen and out again before my appointment time - hows that for service? I was always listened to and treated very well. I can't fault the experience and I hope the Dr sees this review as I'm not supposed to post names. Thank you.

I have had cause to contact Glenfield surgery a number of times over recent weeks. Each time I have spoken to the reception staff, I have found them to be extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble and they are a credit to the practice. Well done!

Unfortunately I have many underlying health conditions so use the surgery more then say average person would. I have always found the reception staff to be honest and upfront, I do understand it's not easy for them to and they do try whenever they can. Drs have also been great, as is one of the practice pharmacist who always helps me out with my complex meds! Lastly tp backroom staff who went above and beyond trying to get me injections I needed ASAP, she got me fitted in on the day, really appreciate all your help. Keep up the good work, people are very quick to leave a bad report so only right that needed to do this as this place. Thank you again

My partner went in with chest pain and without examination was told he had probably broken a rib and to rest, he was later admitted to the hospital being diagnosed with ateletses and pneumonia! they also did this two years ago told him he had muskeletal pain and he actually had a blood clot and plurasy!it is not okay! and pins should be removed and doctors should be struck off for this behaviour. we will definately be looking elsewhere

Since i asked for a prescription to be submitted face to face in the surgery ,i am now unable to access my online account. it will not accept my stored username and password. i have been sent text messages with my username and different passwords and they do not work. This really is frustrating, i do not know why me submitting a paper prescription has generated this mess. So much unnecessary time, has been spent trying to sort this. still not working!

Had an appointment with the physio after months of wrist pain. After a little test he confirmed what it was straight away and next steps were explained. Such a relief to finally know the cause and to finally get some answers after struggling for over 6 months. Thank you!
