    I'd like to thank you for the service and great support. Nice receptionists, excellent nursing staff understand my problems and provide solutions, organising entire process of checking and dealing with the issue I had. The nurse dealt with me was passionate about providing outstanding patient care with exceptional attention to details. This lady is NHS role model. Thank you Another happy patient.

    I have complex issues and the staff and GP I see are amazing. They have helped me chase up out of area referrals the best they can and listened to my concerns and given me time to explain. I cannot mention names but it was a really helpful lady that called me back twice today. I appreciate all your help and would highly recommend the surgery and all the staff. I feel well looked after and everything is being done to help me get back on track.

    Rubbish / on line system doesn’t work. UTI results take forever to get results back Had a telephone consultation with. Dr who prescribed antibiotics- took 3 days before surgery could actually get them

    The Practice is clearly making every effort to improve. I had an evening appointment (yes that's innovative) and had a friendly and informative session. I was called in early.

    I’ve always had problems with the doctors and don’t often go to see them because they never listen. I’ve seen one doctor in the last 14 years that’s actually listened to what I’ve had to say and my issues and helped me try get them sorted. Last week I was trying to get help with an issue, the reception always wants more information that I feel comfortable giving, I don’t like talking to most doctors so Im definitely not comfortable talking to a receptionist regarding a private matter to me, but because I had to give them information otherwise they refuse you an appointment, they then go on to “discuss” your issue with said doctor even though you’ve kept information to a minimum with them then you don’t get listened to. I usually just suffer in silence so if I’m wanting an appointment please understand I need to see a doctor! The grange has always been shocking service but since covid the service is even worse, patients aren’t allowed to be rude but best believe them receptionist and some of the doctors behave disgustingly towards patients. Something needs doing about it as it’s becoming and absolute joke, but like I don’t get listened to by the doctors no one else is going to listen to me either

    Dear patient I'm sorry to hear about your negative perception of the Practice and our service. I'm sorry that you feel nobody is listening to you. I would encourage you to contact us directly to arrange a meeting with the Practice Manager. This will allow a full investigation of your recent experience. I notice you feel uncomfortable providing details about the nature of the problem, and I would like to encourage you to use Patchs - an online consultation platform (available via our website). We are more than happy to provide training to use this, and it would allow you to send in details of your problems/symptoms, without having to speak to a receptionist at all.     Very good care. Even though it was a busy waiting room and I had to que to get in I was seen straight away once I'd registered my arrival on the interactive screen in the foyer. The nurse practitioner was very caring, patient and thorough. I was given all the needed information that was required. Many thanks for a stress free consultation.

    Poor and confusing communication. The service they provide overall is dire - they do little to make your life easier - I have had to reach out repeatedly to them to clarify matters. I could go on....

    I received an email requesting your patient attend for review however there was no address or reason fir the review soi was unable to take him to an unknown address, then when he failed to attend I received a did not attend email,again no detail where the message had come from , not a very good service when you don’t identify yourselves
