    GP unable to call on Friday as planned, had text yo advise would call Saturday. GP callex Saturday evening (wow thats some commitment). GP listened to my issues and changed medication accordingly.

    The doctor was wonderful. Trying to get the appointment was horrendous, I was told the receptionist would go quiet while she read my notes, as far as I'm concerned this is a breach of data protection as this is private between me & the doctor. When I rung for the results I was told there were problems with the results but, the receptionist couldn't tell me so the nurse rung to tell me. 1 week later a receptionist rung to say there was a problem with my results & told me everything the nurse told me & then proceeded to make me an appointment for another blood test even though I'd been told I had to wait 3 months. One half doesn't know what the other is doing & doing the same job twice.

    I telephoned regarding my 13 yr old son not bern well on monday afternoon i was told there was no appointments niether face to face nor telephone untill the fllowing saturday aftetnoon i called 111 who then said he needs to be contacted by a doctor and made me an apointment at my practice in 20 minutes or a bit longer and untill today weds afternoon im yet to recieve a call from the sugery .

    Dear patient I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience and would like to assure you this is not the type of experience I would expect for our patients. Please contact the surgery to provide further information so I can investigate the incident and provide you with a more detailed response. Our patients should certainly be told "there are no appointments" as appointments are always available over the next 7-10 days, and I hope our receptionists are able to find a convenient appointment every time.     The staff are compassionate and caring. This starts with the service given by the receptions staff to the nurses and doctors. The improvement since lockdown is outstanding

    Very helpful and efficient.waiting for a blood test so cannot know the result yet.The test is for under active thyroid so hopefully my condition will be solved

    Patchs wirjs really well. easy to use and the response was quick. Tests put in place straightaway and results back and given feedback very swiftly. Very satisfied. Thank you.

    Went for a BP test, the nurse was very friendly and knew her stuff. Didn't have to wait long. Impressed that they have a target for answering phone calls of 3 minutes I think

The nursing team will be delighted to receive this acknowledgement of their hard work and effort to see patients on time. I am pleased you are noticing the massive improvement in accessing the practice by telephone, and you are quite right - we've set ourselves the massive challenge to answer all calls on average within 3 minutes. I'm proud to say we achieve that regularly and answer around 95% of calls first time. Kind regards DS

    Rang practice at 2pm, phone appointment given at 4pm then invited to attend practice straight away. Seen by advanced nurse practitioner who was very friendly and thorough. Excellent care.
