Ongoing serious problem not helped by clerical errors and lack of joined up working between clinical staff and admin staff. Wrong tests ordered with ensuing delays, emails and patchs not being answered… I could go on… Upshot is the issue still not resolved a few months down the line - very disappointing service

Used patches on-line referral with photo to raise a health concern. Response received from Doctor within 24 hours, after some correspondence for clarification prescription forwarded to local pharmacy and medication accessed within further 24 hours. Not a major issue and extremely grateful for streamlining speedy response outside normal face to face appointment process.

Child was poorly. Was referred to Asda pharmacy who confirmed she needed to see a doctor. Refused an appointment. Even the doctor at the walk in centre called them a joke. Appalling service always.

Friendly staff, appointments on time. Results received quickly and able to access these online. Much improved waiting times for telephone calls too.

Can’t praise the staff highly enough, from receptionist to nurse to gp. All my recent appointments have been on time, everyone friendly and helpful with lots of advice and information available whenever I’ve asked as my condition is new to me

Could not get a Dr. or pharmacy person to advise if to confirm continuation or cease taking medication, due to adverse condition. Had to cal 111 who got a surgery to call me back. So advice was received eventually.

Thorough check up for a chest infection, which in the end I didn't have - viral. Very understanding practitioner as I was feeling quite poorly. Very professional and friendly. Couldn't have had any better care.
