I had issues with getting information but the staff member I dealt with was extremely helpful, kept me well informed and arranged a face to face consultation

Cannot get an appointment to see a GP. The GPs seem inexperienced and uncaring have to keep ring and chasing my test results. One has to plea to get any help. Receptionists are rude and arguementive.

Dear patient Sorry to hear about your recent experience. I'm disappointed to hear you felt the GP was inexperienced and uncaring. This is not what I would expect for our patients. Our receptionists are the first port of call, and I would expect them to be pleasant and helpful. Sorry this was not the case. A good experience one didn't expect it started as a phone call then I was asked to the practice to see doctor had a thorough examination

I had a telephone appointment on 30th April at 11.30am and nobody rang me. I was very concerned about my high blood pressure readings.

Just tried to obtain a doctor's appointment for my partner who is vulnerable and have been told there isn't one available for two weeks. So I ask myself why is the practice advertising on its website for new patients when it cannot adequately provide for its current ones. I phoned today after having left an urgent message for an individual to phone back one week ago, a request that remains currently unanswered. Unacceptable.

Some of the receptionists could do with refresher training on empathy and general manners when dealing with patients I've had numerous bad experiences when trying to gain an appointment for myself or my children

I needed an urgent appointment and the receptionist was very helpful after taking my symptoms. The doctor checked me over thoroughly and prescribed antibiotics for a chest infection Good service

You have to wait over 2 weeks to see a doctor I need to have two injections one for shingles the other for my bones I have to wait over to weeks even though they should have been done the first week in may

We are currently working hard to optimise patient access and include digital requests (Patchs via our website). Our Practice target is to see patients within 3 days where possible, but this can be affected by annual leave and sickness. Kind regards DS
