I had a telephone appointment in regards to my blood test the practitioner was meant to explain to me about my results and all she said was it high and that I must of not had my medication for it to be that. Then says I need to book an appointment and she will send me a link. The level of compassion and knowledge is underwhelming from this practitioner.

The nurse is so incompetent on communication. It takes weeks for anything to be discussed and come back without chasing. However I did have a good communication with An*r*a the receptionist. She was very efficient, chasing and sorting out other persons mess.

The nurse practitioner listened to my request and asked appropriate questions, then provided me with the options available to me. She gave clear advice and instructions about taking the medication

Having it explained to me that delivering my samples myself to the HRI Path lab could lead to a more Accurate result from the sample.

I have only actually attended once but the male nurse I saw was very pleasant. Have another appointment next Reception staff are friendly too

I saw a nurse last week she was brilliant friendly helpfull. I also had a que for the rectionist again fantastic service much improvement from a while ago

Making an appointment at the practice , I found helpful and polite treatment at reception When worrying about symptoms initial contact is important. I received an appointment with a Dr as promptly as possible. Again I was treated politely and made to feel that I was being helped and given confidence that I was being listened to and cared about .

After my telephone appointment, the doctor arranged for a blood test to rule out any underlying problems. The results came through and a consultation was arranged. I was taken through the figures from the blood test and the doctor gave explanations where necessary. This was extremely helpful and informative. I felt reassured and supported after this consultation. I am extremely pleased with the standard of care that I receive.

3 attempts on 3 occasions for antibiotics 2 of them were an awful experience and the communication with all of these consults was none existent. No duty of care and arrogant staff.
