Doctor is such a humane and caring doctor who listens to our concerns very attentively. I wish all doctors were as professional and caring as he is.

Attended my appointment thismorning and the GP was brilliant. Went for blood test results, everything was explained to me, nothing was rushed. Was given the opportunity to ask questions and these were answered fully in a caring manner. Thankyou so much I walked away a happy patient

Booked and saw Doctor same day. On time and out in 15 minutes. Doctor makes it very clear what is wrong and explains how we will combat the problem and acts upon it, although my problem has yet to be resolved.

After seeing the doctor yesterday to review my blood test results I was very pleased with the way he explained everything and what he suggested for the next course of action. I had not seen this doctor before but was very impressed with him

I didn’t ask doctor name but was my first time I have seen him he was very kind polite he was explaining with details such an amazing person very welcoming is not enough talk for him

Normally I am quite critical of staff at this surgery as appointments are extremely difficult to get due to too many patients and when you do manage to see someone it feels rushed. However the opposite is true of the last 2 appointments I had with Dr …He was brilliant! He gave me a thorough examination and explained clearly the results of my tests on my return visit. He was professional and caring. He is a credit to the Greenwood practise

Today I was seen at the Gubbins Lane surgery for the first time by a make Dr I have not previously seen. I can honestly say this consultation experience was the best I have received at the practice in an extremely long time. Not only did he listen to my medical problems but fully explained in detail the possible reasons for my condition and will follow up in more detail upon receiving the results from further tests I am having. He explained about the current medication I am taking and why it is beneficial for me to take statins which I had stopped. I am an extremely satisfied patient

I saw another doctor today that listened to me and explained clearly what he thought was going on in my knee after an injury 3 months ago. Its a shame we can't go back to having personal doctors like years ago as I would definitely have changed over to him. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and making me feel positive for my knee and elbows future.
