I felt that the GP really listened and allowed me time to talk. I felt that it was the first time my symptoms had been taken seriously and was happy with the treatment plan.

I saw the doctor only 5 minutes after my appointment time. He was polite and courteous from the outset. He listened to my concerns and was very thorough in his examination, physically and verbally. I felt reassured by his attitude toward my concerns which put me at ease. 10 out of 10

I felt extremely satisfied to see my doctor today. I felt for the first time that my issues were heard and addressed properly.

All staff from gp's, nurses, receptionists and secretaries are all nice and helpful. When I saw the gp today, I did not feel rushed bur felt he cared about my health and explained as was necessary.

Always found receptionists to be very pleasant and helpful. The nurses are always professional and again very helpful. My visit to the Doctor was a good experience I found him to be very professional and efficient, engaging and helped me with all my problems.

I know Receptionists are under immense pressures at this time, And people are very quick to complain, but the thank yous are in very short supply. But I would like to say that the service I have received over the past months have been extremely courteous and efficient from the Ardleigh Green surgery. So Thank You, your hard work is very much appreciated.
