Recently had an appointment for my daughter and the care and time she took to listen and understand my needs. I have been a patient of this surgery since birth and have always managers to get an appointment when needed and even the same day and if not I have been advised on other services I can use. The receptionist are also very helpful and knowledgeable.

In the last couple of weeks I have needed to visit the practice a few times, the receptionists have been most helpful in managing to offer me an appointment. The Doctor who I saw most recently was very thorough and took time to understand my problems. She was very patient and knowledgable in explaining what my symptoms could be and offered me reassurance. Again I must say every time I have been to the practice I have been very well treated, thank you all.

Saw a doctor today straight to a diagnosis of my swollen leg and prescribed medication. Always a pleasure to be treated by her. Friendly face and thorough examination. Great Doctor, don't let her go. Reception also so friendly and helpful in times of urgent need.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service this surgery is providing whenever I have to book an appointment or in an urgent need to be seen by the gp or needed a medical advice the staff at Greenwood Practice Ardleigh green is very helpful and always listen to and cater to the needs of the hour. Not only the staff at the reception but doctors are also very helpful and understanding, today I was seen by a gp and I was really very stressed and overwhelmed by the situation I was in, the gp was very patient and helpful. I hope this surgery remains the same .

Today I saw a very understanding and knowledgeable doctor who was willing to listen and give reassurance. Not experienced this for some time. Hope he stays at this practice

The doctor was so understanding and I felt that my problem was dealt with in a compassionate manner. I was put at ease and felt happier about my situation. Friendly and caring.
