Extremely satisfied with my face to face consultation. GP displayed empathy, listened to me and took action. Was extremely happy and relieved with overall experience. Thank you so much.

Phoned to get advice, having used the 111 online and being told to phone my GP today. Eventually receptionist responded and I explained my position having had 7 days of diarrhea and intermittent stomach cramps since before Christmas. She said there were no doctors and to phone 111 or the hub (whatever that is?). Nothing else was offered. Feeling too unwell to argue I tried phoning 111 but gave up after ages waiting on line. I'm left to my own devices but I'm sure this is not how the NHS should be supporting patients.

wanted to book GP appointment due to a reoccurance of a Knee problem. Consultant said Knee replacement needs to be carried out if pain or giving way returns. It has and it gave way in style. Rang to see gp to get a referral but the receptionist wanted me to see a physio which would not as per my records have an effect on the knee, but of course the receptionists are qualified medically and finally after some time i have an appointment in 20 days. So what do i do when it happens again and as i havent slept well for over a week because of the knee - reply was ring up again. Think call to 111 would probably be the best option if it happens again.
