    I had an appointment and the experience was very pleasant. Staff/nurse were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. The appointment went very well. I was guided thoroughly, provided with information related to the procedure I was going to have, not only that but she also answered my questions very thoroughly. The nurse was very cautious, caring and of course professional. I had a very pleasant experience at my GP today.

    I have been seeing Karolina with issues concerning the Menapause. I feel so lucky to have a well woman nurse and facility avaliable to me at The Groves. Karolina is friendly,very understanding,compationate and knowledgeable with all the concerns I have had.She has helped me so much and I have finally found an HRT suitable for me.She is an asset to The Groves.Thankyou for everything Karolina.

    When the on line procedure has been navigated successfully, staff are helpful. The call back facility has removed some of the stress associated with me getting an appointment booked on Monday 7 April.

    Concern was raised about my medications. An appointment with the in-house pharmacist was arranged immediately and I received good advice about the medications prescribed.

    Send within one day but wait for minor surgery 2 months. If there are three GPs with an interest in minor surgery why only 5 operations each week performed?

    This morning my husband and I both had our Diabetes Review. The doctor was clear and informative in a friendly and professional way; answering our questions and concerns thoroughly. Our whole experience was very positive. This Practice is always organised and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful and operate in a professional manner; answering questions and concerns thoughtfully giving their utmost in a clean and welcoming environment.

    I have an ongoing issue, I can email in and request to see the same GP which is important and can organise an appointment in a sensible fashion and lead time. The GP shows real interest and care, listens, offers advice and is proactive as much as possible. I consider myself very lucky to have the groves as my GP surgery.

    I have been having significant issues setting up my NHS app, particularly in trying to connect the app with my medical records held at the Groves Medical Centre. This has been going on for over six weeks with the NHS app support team. I contacted the Groves this afternoon asking them to help me with this and within an hour they had dealt with the situation, which was complex, and had resolved the situation quickly and efficiently, and I am very impressed with how helpful and supportive they have been.

    I was reviewed by the practice pharmacist. She was extremely professional and very pleasant. She went through my history and checked my medications and gave me good advice. She also booked me for routine blood tests that I require.
