Booked in for 9.15. Arrived on time and joined a short queue. Only had to wait less than a minute. Jab painless, didn't feel a thing. Whole system well organised, very efficient. Staff welcoming and friendly.

We arrived early for our appointments at the Hadleigh Lodge flu clinic. We were ushered in immediately - did not even have to wait until our appointed times! Very friendly, outstandingly efficient staff. Will book again next year.

I arrived at the time stated and was placed in a queue. My appointment was supposed to be with a particular Dr, which it was but I assume some people didn’t get the Dr they wanted. Perhaps leave the Drs name off the booking form as you could be with anyone.

To get the bookings on the computer in order for patients to book we have to assign a certain number of appointments to the clinicians that are working that day, hence when you book the confirmation picks up a name. I attended the surgery today for my annual flu jab and wanted to say that the event was extremely well managed. I received clear instructions and reminders prior the event, on arrival I only had to wait for a couple of minutes before receiving my Jab. The injection was quick and painless. All of the staff and helpers were friendly and helpful and I would like to complement everyone involved on a job very well done.
