Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the morning was so well organised with very little waiting time. Even the injection was painless. Well done Hadleigh Practice.

The Hadleigh Practice have once again excelled by organising a most efficient and effective approach to distributing the annual flu vaccine to their local population! By arranging a 'production line' on a Saturday morning, with minimal formality but well-staffed, the process was slick and professional, with everyone enjoying the experience! We are very lucky in Broadstone to have such a helpful and cheerful medical team - long may it continue!

In previous years I have received my flu jab at Corfe Hills School and the experience was really good. This year I arrived 10 minutes early for my injection and the queue was so long, it ran in to the car park next door and I received my injection over 40 minutes after I arrived! Luckily it was not raining. There may a good reason that you are using a facility not fit to cope with the task you are carrying out but it really has a negative impact on the patient experience. I would urge you use a facility that has adequate space and car parking for the purpose to ensure that everyone gets seen in the dry and on time.

Dear Ian, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately there was an incident meaning one of vaccinators couldn't vaccinate for some time, causing the queue to build longer then we would like. The week before when we invited the same amount of patients in the same demographic it ran very well. Corfe Hills is not an option to us anymore so we have come back into practice. Very good service by the nurses this morning. Could be ideal if queue was shorter as the time waiting was about 20 mins

The Clinic was well organised and seemed to run very smoothly. Despite the large numbers attending the waiting time was very short and acceptable.

Whilst generally being very pleased with the practice, we were disappointed with the organisation of the flu vaccinations. The actual vaccination was fine but queuing for over 30 minutes outside in the car park in the cold was not.

i attended the flu clinic in hadleigh house on 12 october. i'm not quite sure why there was such long wait and a lot of the very elderly patients were finding it hard to wait in the queue. (i felt quite young at 64!!) it probably took about 50 minutes from arriving in the queue to leaving. i had been given the option of having my flu jab at work but decided to go with hadleigh as my previous experiences have been that it was really quick and efficient, especially the sessions at corfe hills school. i'm not sure i will make that decision again. having said that, the staff were all very supportive and cheerful and looked after everybody every well. (please excuse the lower case entry – the website told me i was not allowed to use words that were all capital letters – which i did not use anyway!)
