Went for my annual flu jab run by the Hadleigh Practice at a local school. Arrived early as was expecting a queue but went straight in. Everyone was polite and cheerful even though it was a wet and miserable November day. Was surprised when my GP greeted me by my first name and did the jab.

Well run system for flu injections. Cheerfully staffed and efficient. Slight confusion with venue instructions but easily sorted.

Well organised and quick easy parking but calling messages gave wrong location twice. despite me notifying surgery after first message.

Brilliant organising. In and out, jabbed in less than 5 minutes. Friendly, helpful volunteers. A real doctor doing the jab and no pain afterwards!

Good parking arrangements; cheery and smiling greeting and guidance to the hall; no waiting; in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent service.

I attended the flu clinic today at Corfe Hills School. The whole process was managed very efficiently; dividing those on blood-thinners from the rest and then passing quickly to the line of treatment stations where my personal details were checked along with my pulse. The injection was painless and I was on my way within 5-minutes of arrival. The location with lots of parking is ideal.

I have just been for my flu jab and have to say this is the 4th year running I have taken up the opportunity to have the vaccination. I was notified in plenty of time and given a range of dates and times to choose which one suited me the best. When I got to the vaccination center this morning it was very well organised with plenty of helpers and staff. I queued for about 5 minutes, had the jab and was back out in no time. Thanks to the NHS and the Hadleigh Practice for looking after my health and wellbeing.

Joan & I attended the flu clinic at Corfe Hills School. Well organised, straight in no hold ups, simple injection. Out in less than 5 minutes.

Simply easy entrance guidance where to go friendly staff welcoming you where to go quickly moving you on to your station for the flu vaccine politely asking have you experienced this before with no pain on vaccination. Can not fault anything Thanks Hadleigh Lodge.
