The flu clinic is always well organised and swift. The volunteers are lovely, and all the administering staff are too. Slight admin error with my husband ending up in the wrong age clinic, but was swiftly sorted out and was able to get his done at the same time as me, and in the right clinic.

Mass vacination at Corfe Hills School. All ran very smoothly and well organised, unlike last year when they ran out of vaccinations and cancelled my appointment

Well organised. Good rapport with 'patient'. Asked appropriate questions. Good injection technique. Allowed time to ask questions. Misleading information about venue in text messages.

Attended the flu clinic at Corfe Hills school on Saturday first October and everything was extremely well organised. My husband and I were in and out within a couple of minutes and all of the people in attendance were extremely helpful and courteous.

My wife and I attended for a flu jab organised by the practice. All very efficiently managed with good parking control on arrival, very little queueing and most efficient injection process. All 100% thank you.
