I really appreciate the early opening and late evening surgery times as I work full time. I always try and get an 8 am appointment so that I can get to work in time.

Unfortunately, I suffer from a lifelong condition which impacts my ability to work. Requesting a fit note through the practice has never been easier! It can now be requested online, it is reviewed by the doctor and then the lovely receptionist team will arrange for it to be sent to you via text. Getting out of my house isn’t always easy, so being able to make requests with the doctors online is a massive help to me. I no longer need to go to surgery unnecessarily. They’re so speedy at actioning these requests and very accommodating with your needs.

Great GP very thorough and felt like it was no trouble at all to him . He rang ENT whilst I was there spoke to a consultant and hopefully we have a way forward Thank you

During the IT breakdown situation recently i had an appointment and it was still dealt with swiftly. I had a last minute prescription request where i needed the medication that day or day after latest. they went out of their way to have dr sign it off and even rang me to say its ready for collection and saying enjoy the rest of your day. Well you couldnt ask for better than that. Thank you to all staff.

Today I attended the practice for a review, I was seen by Physician Associate and could not be happier with the consultation. I was given the opportunity to discuss my concerns and problems, I was listened to and heard. I then had a thorough appropriate examination and offered a chaperone, my case was discussed with a colleague and a plan was agreed going forward, my expectations were met and I left feeling reassured. I could not have asked for more during this consultation and I’m very pleased with the service. I’m grateful to the Physician Associate for taking my concerns seriously. Thank you!

I was treated with utmost care and respect and prompt service by a doctor during a difficult and painful time. He took the time to look at all my history and got me help the I needed quickly from specialists. I was able to access to a face to face appointment both with the doctor and the healthcare assistant. The Doctor was very attentive and re-assuring and most importantly listened to me and discussed with me how we should move forward. The healthcare assistant was very helpful and caring in the way she explained things in layman's terms. The practice communication was second to none. Once I had my appointments, I received reminders by text and was able to download the appointments onto my calendar. All this helps to remind me and save money and time resources within our precious NHS. They also operate a very efficient repeat prescription service when I ordered via Patient Access. The medication order was at my chosen pharmacy within a couple of working days, and they also sent a text to inform me that I could collect it. All in all, a wonderful service. Well done everyone.

I have been attending here for many years and my experience has always been a positive one. Yesterday I saw the healthcare assistant and she was very helpful and I was greeted with a smile. I requested some information from Reception and she went out of her way to assist me. That's one reason why I would recommend this practice.
