I had my smear test with the nurse, I was a bit nervous but she was kind and friendly and put me at ease. The test was done in minutes and wasn't painful. The reception staff were really friendly, as usual, and booked an appointment for my flu jab whilst I was there.

I’m not wanting to take this further but it’s just more than an annoyance really. I’ve been constantly messaged by the nhs app saying book in your annual review book in your annual review.. so I book in my annual review where the nurse spends 5 minutes taking about my asthma.. blood pressure not checked no mention of the 6 vials of blood that was taken that was requested by the gp for that annual review. I did have a call from the pharmacist a few days prior which was a follow up from a call 1 month prior and they did go through all my medication with me.. On my next one I’ll be booking a telephone appointment - it was pointless coming into the surgery soley to talk about my asthma

Booked in really easy. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Saw the practice nurse for my appointment, on time. Practice nurse did a great job, made me feel relaxed. Great overall service.

This review, I feel was a complete waste of my time, all the nurse did was read me my blood results, which I already had, and ask me to weigh myself. I asked about my recent spirometer test, she said she didn't have the results, I told her ,they were on my NHS app, if she wanted to see them, but she said ,she'd find them later. I then asked why the surgery had not informed my Bowel cancer consultant about my recent illness and colonosopy at Salford Royal hospital, she said she didn't know, and I'd need to ask one of the GP's. She said she didn't need to take my Blood Pressure, as it had been recorded 3 months ago. As I previously said, in my humble opinion, this review was a complete waste of both mine and the NHS time.

Where do you start - I had an appointment for 8.00 this morning so arrived early as usual. The door was only opened at 8.00 by only one person who through discussion learnt he was the only one available to be on the front desk and as a rule wouldn't usual work the front desk.... after about 15min I went to the front desk to see what was wrong and was approached by someone from the practice? She said went to see if the nurse was in and cam back ant told me she wasn't and didn't know when they would be in.. at 8.25 I thought I saw the nurse come in so waited a while... when no call was made I asked the person on the front desk to see if he could see if the nurse had come in? Waited another 10min untill a call came to see the nurse. I have to day I felt sorry for the person on the desk as he had to deal with calls people and complaints on his own... a person had to cancel their appointment as she had to go to work. Me myself had to take time out from work as there wouldn't be a nurse available on a Friday.... all in all the practice has deteriorated....

I went for my second shingles injection. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful, one of them sorted my app out so I could access my medical records. One of the staff arranged another clinic for flu injection so I could attend after my holidays. The nurse as well as my injection explained a recent lipid test. I came out of the doctors thinking how good they were and I am so glad that I am with the Height Practice.

The Reception staff were really friendly and helpful when I attended my appointment. I left something behind and they rang me to let me know and kept It safe for me until I came to collect. I was able to book a follow up appointment whilst I was there

The nurse I saw was very professional, and talked me thru my individual tests and results. The only problem I had was she didn't introduce herself to me on entering the room
