    Booked appointment for the vaccination. Long queue and no connection with the booking! I suffer with long term condition, not visible, my son suffers with anxiety! Had to queue and struggled to stand due to all the rest being elderly with walking sticks and even pregnant women. Very frustrating. Do not get the meaning of booking a time. Hope will not feel the aftermath and I felt sorry for all the older people standing outside in cold weather!

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our practice did not meet your expectations. On a public space we are not be able to comment on individual cases as this would be a breach of confidentiality. If you would like to discuss this with the practice please contact us on 01737 761 201 where we can discuss your experience in further detail. Thank you for your time and consideration and we hope to have the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you directly. In relation to our vaccination clinic on Saturday, I do apologise if the reason for the queue and delay was not communicated to you. Our team on the front door, front desk and queue line were consistently informing patients throughout the day for the reason for the delay to try and keep everybody informed and updated. Unfortunately the clinic started slightly later than expected due to a technical issue, as well as our supervising GP and multiple vaccinators calling in absent. We quickly arranged for another supervising GP to attend the site as without one this would have meant cancelling almost 800 patients (1600 vaccinations). I do apologise if this was not communicated to you as we did our best throughout the day to inform all patients, apologise for the wait and thank everyone for their patience. We also did our best to help manage patients who informed us at the front desk that were unable to queue for a prolonged period of time due to health conditions. I do apologise yourself and your son were affected by this and if you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation again please do make a member of the team aware so we can provide assistance accordingly.     Arrived early, logged in and was called before I had sat down, was looked after by a lovely nurse, who put me very much at ease, answered all my questions, very helpful indeed.

    Very efficient covid and flu vaccination surgery today. Practice struggling with practitioner sickness absence so a little queing but everyone very patient still a brilliant service. Thank you all!

    I had a vasectomy today and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The doctor doing my procedure was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless, with clear instructions for post-op care. I felt well-informed and reassured at every step. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering this procedure. Thank you to the doctor and to the team for their excellent care!

    I would like to say that the surgery visit for a covid vaccination was a very good experience. The wait not too long and all the staff were friendly and helpful and the queues were managed efficiently. An excellent service.

    In spite of staffing shortages the team processed my covid & flue jabs without any problems. It took 40 minutes which was understandable.

    I went for my Covid and flu jab only to find that there is a long queue due to staff shortages through sickness everything was explained and how long we would have turned white

    I booked my flu and COVID jabs for 11:00 on Saturday arriving at about 11:05. There was a long queue (standing) and I finally left at 11:47. The treatment itself was good, but the wait was disappointing, as I'd broken out from another event to attend.
