Simple problem sorted out promptly ,politely and efficiently .The nurses are wonderful!Took longer to make contact via internet than the problem to be sorted!!

I was offered a pneumococcal vaccine, which I made an appointment to receive. The nurse very efficiently delivered, and said I was also eligible for a Shingles’ vaccine. So I had a second vaccine , all in very quick time.

The staff at the Ivers practice are very friendly and helpful which hasn’t always been the case. The Doctor I saw went into great detail and was very efficient.

When you do finally get to see someone, their patient handling and understand is top notch. They actually listen. Thank you. I just wish we could sort out the appointment fiasco for us who struggle with online stuff.

After visiting the practice yesterday I needed to rebook a second appointment today and the lovely receptionist this morning around 8.30am could not of been more helpful, even offering to call back once the second lot of appointments were available as I was working and unable to call but desperately needed this appointment. The care given was above and beyond yet again! Such a wonderful practice with wonderful staff! Thank you

This is the best consultation l have had for a long time. I would point that being very healthy visits to the surgery are infrequent. However today’s experience can only be described as ‘top dollar’. Well done with the surgery improvements.
