    Had my 3 monthly blood test lovely nurse app on time actually when in before app time, very helpful reception staff

    Booking an appointment was easy and offered one 4 days later. I arrived on time and was seen with only a 5 minute wait

    After having to physically come into the practice to schedule a post operative appointment because all other platforms/options where not working or I was unable to get through . I had an appointment made for me at 16:00 . I specifically took time of work "at my expense " as I am not paid if I'm not at work . I recieved a phone call at 14:50 from the practice stating that the nurse who was handling my appointment was not in on that particular day . The receptionist who called me was polite and apologetic "usually they aren't " and said that my visit would have to be cancelled . Now why could I not have been told that at the start of the business day so that I could arrange to stay at work and avoid loss of earnings ? I think it incredibly one sided and rude to insist that patients have to cancel or amend bookings 24hrs in advance or they will have to pay a fee yet when the tables are turned it's ok. Well its Not ok , I feel insulted that the practice doesn't treat their patients at the least as they wish to be treated .

Please also remember that sometimes due to emergencies, staff members will have to leave during the working day and this cannot be pre planned if patients are already booked and need to be cancelled short notice.     Had blood test at 8.14 am was done on time an was able to get to school on time aswell. Staff was very friendly an profeesional

    Easy to make the Blood test appointment to suit my date /time with the receptionist. No problem with the Nurse for Blood to be taken.

    I had to get an urgent appointment in which I was asked to fill out a request on the new online form for appoinmemts. I had a reply via text message withi. 20 minutes with an appointment booked for that day. Thank you

    Had appointment with the Practice Nurse today. Made me feel at ease very gentle and extremely polite. The Reception team very helpful. All Round good experience .

    I phoned the surgery I waited till I was on queue no 1 and when it came to my turn the phone continued to ring I decided to drive to yhe surgery which was empty bar one person spoke to the receptionist Who dealt with my query straight away.

    I followed their process to book an appointed for my elderly mother, I received two call, which rang twice and then they hang up before I could answer the call. Then I received a text message to book a slot for the appointment which I did. Later in the day when I called to ask when I was expecting to receive a call back, I was informed that the appointment was arranged face to face, when the text message I received was for a telephone appointment.

    GP are very helpful, staff members are really supportive, appointments are always on time with several reminders. The Iver Medical Centre is the best in area.
