    The doctor yesterday, during our telephone call,,explained the issue with my blood pressure. He was very helpful and understanding.

    I have generally had good service from Ivers, except for trying to get through on the phone, but today I'm in tears! Saw a doctor this morning who was abrupt, uncaring and I felt got annoyed with me wanting to discuss my issues. He virtually told me my appointment was over when I was still asking questions. Where is the duty if care?! :(

    Very helpful and polite. One criticism is my referral for the Neurologist found its way to the stroke dept at the hospital which was wrong. I had to do the chasing up and correcting their mistake!! I shouldn't have had to do that.

    The staff went out of their way to help me. And I was pleased not to have a long wait time. The waiting room was well spaced out and welcoming.

    I am my 90 year old mum’s carer and she is registered with this practice. I can honestly say every member of staff I have dealt with on behalf of my mum are efficient and caring and give me fantastic support with my Mum. I never have problems getting through to talk to members of staff and I cannot praise them enough. They all definitely care about my mum’s health and well being.

    The Doctor was very good in reassuring my daughter Katy’s health concerns by sending her for a blood test and then prescribing the medication thereafter

    Although the call handling system is unnecessarily difficult to navigate for appointment booking, when my call was answered the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I received good care on the day of my appointment.

    I am absolutely flabbergasted as how these 4 and 5 star review came about, trying to get an appointment is a mission, we have been trying to get an an appointment for two days for my child but to no avail, finally got an appointment the third day, the doctor was dismissive, we had to insist that a blood test be carried out. My son had lots red patches on his body. Very disappointing. All the previous doctors have left the practice, new doctors are either overworked or just not up to standard. I hope some corrective action is taken and more people come forward who have had a bad experience.

    Handed more to reception clearly showing Dr name to go to. Scanned and sent to wrong Dr, and the were very 'oh well we'll see if we can get it to correct dr' about it, plus told to phone on certain day to book phone consultation with said Dr, only to wait 30 mins on hold to find out he didn't work that day!!! All rather off hand about it. But dr I did speak to apologised for them and was lovely and helpful.
