    I am over 60,got the appointment, after long waiting on the phone, staff were chart and relax,they are lucky with the NHS wages Doctor only listens part of my problem Also he told me to call in 4 days and fails It seems doctor doesn't want to get even a blood test, trying to save the money for the practice doesn't bother my health either Unfortunately my condition which I went for 4 days ago is not improving either To get another appointment on the phone for more than 40minutes and don't know when I believe their mindset is see few patients and not bother to further treatment arrangements I am sorry to say really terrible

    The practices’ response was very quick to my request for an appointment via online appointment system. Thanks to the practice I’m in the system for the necessary investigative procedures needed.

    As a patient, I visited the surgery yesterday for a blood test. I have to say that staff was very helpful when I requested the surgery to allow my NHS app account to show my medical records. However, the fault in NHS app as well as on Patient Access app, prevented this. Admin staff tried hard to resolve but the issue was not on their end. I gave up after 3 weeks of trying. Thanks to all.

    Really good experience this time round after a few negative in the past. This was an appointment that had to be booked over the phone so not sure how the new online booking/triage would be.

    Recently transferred from Slough practice, was very good, but now very poor customer service, and too far to travel 5 miles, reluctant to change though Iver. Only 1 mile to travel, pleasantly surprised, reception staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful, what a change, and saw a lady Doctor two weeks ago, again excellent, very professional, spent more than 16 minutes getting all the information she needed to identify my problem, and on Thursday another gentleman Doctor felt very polite and efficiently with a different slight problem, my experience had given me full confidence it was correct to chang to Iver Medical Centre

    I was contacted by the phlebotomist to cancel my morning app as there was no form and will get back to me. She called later to inform me that a form is now completed and rebooked me for the same day. Her proactive actions saved me an unnecessary journey and ensured i have my blood test on the same day. At the appt, she was professional, friendly and prompt. Thank you.
