    Problem with a hand wound healing and another personal problem, requested on line help and sent a photo. Within one hour had an appt that day with the nurse and a link to book a GP appointment. Appointment made for 2 weeks later! 2 weeks! Incredible. Rang and asked if it could be brought forward a week and it was. Saw GP, prescribed medication and had it dispensed all within an hour. Thank you to them all!

    Ivy have never let me or three generations of my family down. I had recent fall with ongoing problems- pain and need for a scan. I had a swift and comprehensive response via the triage service and liaised with a GP resulting in a proactive plan and referrals to relevant services. They are under huge pressure and work very hard.

    I had to have an issue triaged and the surgery were very efficient in doing this. I was very grateful for their way of dealing with the issue

    My recent and first experience of the Practice's Triage system involved very rapid progress through a Receptionist, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Healthcare Assistant, Doctors and QMC Treatment Centre (CT scan). It meant the Ivy Medical Team were promptly able to allocate the right medical professional to my case for the necessary investigation and care with the relevant level of urgency. It was all very prompt and efficient, everyone was kind and helpful, and for me it worked well. It seemed a most efficient system, and I was impressed.

    I have always found the surgery staff to be very helpful. The staff are willing to get back to you within the set time frame they give you re advice or an appointment. Today I rang the surgery (as I had symptoms of a sudden infection) and needed advice. I was asked certain questions re this infection and advised I would be contacted within 48hrs. I was actually contacted the same day, and told that antibiotics had been ordered for me and the prescription had been sent straight to the chemist for me. I was able to collect these straight away and start treatment. I was also advised on follow up treatment as well. This was excellent service and I feel reassured by this. Thank you

    I asked for some antibiotics and explained my symptoms. I got a speedy response by text and an invitation to attend for an appointment. The choice of times was included. Same day appointment and excellent service by everyone at the practice.
