    The nurses team go above and beyond. I am an anxious person, everytime, the nurses show me compassion and are so lovely. They are the best.

    Having recently had to request a sick note following surgery I wanted to say what a great process. No need to wait in a long telephone queue; with the NHS App I was able to provide details of my request and without having to travel to the surgery to collect it it was available. I know that this process may not be right for everyone but for me it was a great experience!

    Three times of asking for my prescription, filling out the form, going to reception and writing a letter but still I can’t get my regular prescription , going to reception I was only 4 days after my knee surgery, no prescription now for 6 days, I’ve run out

    I hardly ever need medical appointments and when I really needed it, it is disappointing that I had to come to surgery after your failed telephone system and fight to get an appointment. I wish I can say something good about it but I’m really not happy with this outcome.

    Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on the NHS website. We are disappointed you have not had a positive experience when trying to access the surgery. We are always looking at how we can improve our services as our aim is to make things as easily accessible for our patients as possible. The telephone system has recently been updated to help with the high demand of calls we receive and now offers a call back option rather than having to wait for a receptionist to answer. We aim to offer at least 60 urgent access appointments each day which are bookable in the morning and afternoon. If your issue is non-urgent we will always try to offer a routine appointment where possible. If you would like to discuss anything further please do not hesitate to contact the practice and ask speak to the Patient Services Manager.
