This practice is superb. All of the staff are positively welcoming, well informed and highly motivated with a clear mission to deliver a high quality service to their patients. I am particularly impressed by their whole team approach so that you always receive a very prompt service from the person most able to help wether that is a GP, nurse pharmacist or other member of their team. It is light years head of my previous GP practice and I could not recommend them highly enough. Their online service works well and I appreciate the opportunity to provide any details necessary in my own time rather than a rushed conversation in a short appointment slot face to face.

Earlier last month, I had an excellent phone consultation over abdominal pain. Prescribed appropriate medicine, but said if pain did not go, book a face to face. I did that yesterday, procedure simple and easy. Had a brilliant and thorough examination with a doctor and also specialist fellow doctor who subsequently joined us. Outstanding treatment and analysis. I am very grateful to be registered at such a professional, skilled, helpful and kindly surgery.

Definitely a top practice and can see me quickly. I have friends in Tower Hamlets who have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, here we wait no longer than a week. Today I had specialist treatment and only waited 2 weeks. I feel very lucky to have quick and very good care from the Jubilee Street practice, they care.

Dear Nina Fisher, We are really happy to hear you think of us as a top practice! it is the sad reality that many GP practices are struggling to keep up with the demands especially as winter hits. We as a practice try to clinically triage the most urgent cases and where necessary will see our patients on the same day. This has been only GP Practice since I was born. The level of care from this Practice has always been outstanding. My GP is very supportive and always gives time to listen to my concerns, however big or small it may be! Communication is great too- I always get responses on the same day! Thank you for everything! We appreciate and acknowledge all your hard work- this includes all members of staff!
